Why choose Teamwork
Sportsmanship and development over winning at all costs. Here's what that looks like every week.
Our philosophy
Kids should build skills in sports they enjoy, without the pressure.
Kids, coaches and parents all play a part. Our goal is simple: every kid leaves wanting to come back next week.
- No tryouts
- Equal playing time
- One trip a week
- No fundraising

Eight reasons families choose us
The little things add up to a season kids and parents actually look forward to.
- 1
Convenience
Practice runs right before the game, one day a week. One trip and you're done, so sports fit around work and the rest of your weekend.
- 2
Fundamentals
Every practice teaches the basics of the sport, plus life skills like listening, effort and good sportsmanship.
- 3
Friend and coach requests
Sign up with friends, siblings or a whole team. List your requests at registration and we do our best to honor them.
- 4
Every child plays
No tryouts and no cuts. Every player gets equal playing time, with a 50% minimum every game.
- 5
Well organized
Clear communication, a site manager on game days, and the full season schedule released all at once.
- 6
Fun atmosphere
We ask coaches and parents not to yell from the sideline. We cheer for both teams so kids can play without the pressure.
- 7
Game day music
Upbeat music plays on game days to keep the energy up for players and fans.
- 8
Snacks and drinks
Snacks and drinks are sold at the main table, and Kona Ice comes out to some game days.
